Work Opportunity Center’s Supported Employment Program prides itself on finding the RIGHT job for the RIGHT Individual. We are adept at recognizing barriers and strategizing to overcome them. Our staff is comprised of experienced veterans as well as fresh faces, giving us a well-rounded approach to job development and placement. We enjoy what we do and believe our participants benefit from our enthusiasm and commitment.

About Our Services
Established in 1969, Work Opportunity Center, Inc. (WOC, Inc.) is a private, non-profit organization headquartered in Westfield, Massachusetts. With various sites throughout Western MA, WOC, Inc. provides training, employment opportunities, and Community Based Day Services to individuals with physical and/or developmental disabilities.
